The Procurement and Analytics Department is responsible for analyzing and formulating strategic approaches to ensure efficient procurement and delivery of goods, meeting our customers’ requirements. The department leverages data analytics to identify and address business challenges, proposing effective solutions that align with TFT’s organizational objectives. Specifically, our dedicated staff cultivates strong relationships with suppliers through regular quarterly reviews, engaging in discussions and negotiations related to pricing, lead times, end-of-life (EOL) products, delivery logistics, and production capacity. The team oversees the entire shipment process, promptly responds to customer and supplier inquiries, meticulously manages delivery schedules within our company’s ERP system, generates purchase orders, interprets critical business data, forecasts sales trends, and actively contributes to inventory optimization initiatives and capacity planning efforts.
